Utah YouTuber Franke and her business partner Jodi Nan Hildebrand are facing six counts of child abuse charges each after they were arrested on Wednesday. Franke's daughter, 10, was also found in a malnourished condition at Hildebrandt's home and taken to the hospital. Franke's sister Bonnie Hoellein posted a video that has since been taken down titled 'My Statement on My Sister Ruby Franke.' Ms Hoellein is reported to have said in the video description "It would feel very out of place for me to continue to post my regular content after the arrest of my sister." According to NBC she also reportedly said she and her two other sisters, Julie Griffiths Deru and Ellie Mecham, felt they were on the "same page" following Franke's arrest. 'We all did as much as we could, legally.' Ms Mecham and Ms Deru also made a joint statement with Ms Hoellein on Instagram that read: "Ruby was arrested which needed to happen. Jodi was arrested which needed to happen." In a statement, the Santa Clara-Ivins Public Safety Department said Franke's son, 12 climbed out of the window and ran to a neighbour ask them for food and water. "[The neighbour] stated the juvenile appeared to be emaciated and malnourished, with open wounds and duct tape around the extremities."
