‘8 Passengers’ YouTube mum Ruby Franke faces six charges of child abuse. Her sisters have spoken out about her arrest saying they have ‘clung’ to each other for support
The sister of YouTube mum Ruby Franke has spoken out after her sibling was arrested and charged with child abuse.
Franke has been formally charged on child abuse charges after her malnourished son allegedly ran for help while tied up with duct tape.
Utah YouTuber Franke and her business partner Jodi Nan Hildebrand are facing six counts of child abuse charges each after they were arrested on Wednesday. Franke’s daughter, 10, was also found in a malnourished condition at Hildebrandt’s home and taken to the hospital.
Franke’s sister Bonnie Hoellein posted a video that has since been taken down titled ‘My Statement on My Sister Ruby Franke.’ Ms Hoellein is reported to have said in the video description “It would feel very out of place for me to continue to post my regular content after the arrest of my sister.”
