The allegations were branded 'false', 'untrue', 'baseless' and 'wrong' in Morton's claim and 'scurrilous' in public comments from the man himself, but a defence to the lawsuit signed by Patel proclaims the worst of them to be 'true'. Speaking before a public hearing into Yorkshire's handling of their racism scandal, Morton strenuously denied all accusations made against him in a 'notice to terminate for breach of contract' letter dated Dec 2 and the defence to his legal claim filed by the club on Wednesday. He added: 'I'm very disappointed with the approach that Yorkshire have taken.' Allegations Yorkshire have doubled down on include that Morton: 'engaged in unprotected sexual activity and intercourse with a prostitute who then also engaged in sexual activity with at least one other senior member of staff at the club'; 'braggartly boasted about their misbehaviours to members of the club's staff', despite their conduct being 'illegal'; and had a 'sexual relationship with a senior employee at the club which was at odds with his professional position as an independent key medical su){kind=link}
