Sami Zayn has admitted he was glad when WWE bosses finally decided to ditch his beloved theme song Worlds Apart and he’s got a Depeche Mode track in mind to replace his current walkout tune.
The former Intercontinental Champion and Great British Bake Off superfan used to delight crowds around the world as he came out to the Bouncing Souls inspired ska punk anthem, which lent itself perfectly to arena and stadium-wide singalongs.
However, he exclusively told Metro.co.uk: ‘No, I don’t [miss it]. Honestly, I wanted to change that song for a while. I thought I had it for too long – two years too long, maybe three years too long! [laughs]
