Chelsea, a dog-walking business-owner and part-time singer, heard a "massive explosion" before seeing her other half running towards her covered in flames - with chunks of his face falling away as it melted. After being dashed to hospital via ambulance, doctors rushed to save Rob as the burns caused his throat to swell up - putting his life further at risk.
