Issada said the clinic's lawyer called a few days later to acknowledge her complaint and provide compensation. But weeks later, no reimbursement or monetary aid had arrived. Writing online on September 22, she said: "I have received an apology from the doctor and staff responsible for the mistake, but have heard nothing from the clinic's executives. Until now, there is still no compensation from the clinic." She added that she was being asked for paperwork and documents to support her claims.
