Tiffany Gomas deleted her social media accounts and went silent for a month following her outburst on a plane last month. The marketing executive has re-emerged and apologised in attempts to rebrand herself
The woman who went viral after having an atrocious meltdown on a flight from Dallas to Orlando last month has broken her social media silence – and admitted to being a “crazy plane lady.”
In a video message obtained by TMZ that’s wrought with tears and awkward pauses, Tiffany Gomas, who forced her fellow passengers to deplane on July 2 because of her outburst, said she takes full accountability for her actions, which she deemed “unacceptable.”
“Distressed or not, I should have been in control of my emotions,” the 38-year-old marketing executive said.
The viral video of her outburst features her cussing at flight attendants and crew members screaming that she wanted off the plane because “that motherf****r s not real” – referring to a crew member in the back of the vessel.
