Staff were unable to stop Jamie-Leigh from leaving and bundling the youngsters into a blue Ford Fiesta. An urgent hunt was launched by cops after CCTV showed a woman behind the wheel of the car before she sped off. Officers have since located the car and arrested a woman, 30, on suspicion of child abduction. She remained in police custody on Friday. The further arrest comes after a man in his 50s was arrested in connection with the investigation on suspicion of child abduction and conspiracy to kidnap on Wednesday. He remains in police custody in Essex after a warrant of further detention was granted by the court. The whereabouts of Jamie-Leigh Kelly and her two children are still not known. The Met Police said there is no indication that the children have been harmed but detectives are growing "extremely concerned about their welfare". The baby boy was born in mid-September and is described as "extremely vulnerable". Jamie-Leigh is described as white with green eyes, of slim build and 5ft 4ins tall. She was wearing a white jumper or long sleeved t-shirt, white jogging style trousers and white trainers. The mum has links to Thurrock, in Essex, and most recently Havering, east London. Detective Superintendent Lewis Basford said: 'We are extremely concerned about the welfare of Jamie-Leigh and her children, one of whom is less than one-month-old.
