Business owners should not worry how they come across in social media posts promoting their wares and simply get on with it or face missing out on generating sales, advises a national campaign that launches today.
Publishing regular new content that is practical and reflects common challenges trumps low quality production and unpolished prose.
“The concept of perfectionism in a social media world is something that has to be eliminated because there is new content every day,” said Patricia Bright, a businesswoman and influencer who is helping the telecoms giant BT spread the word about the value of social media as a sales channel and the need for more small business owners to invest in digital skills training.
