Fortnite’s Summer Escape continues with a third batch of quests this week, with one tasking players to use one specific launchpad on a map full of launchpads.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is in full swing, with the games annual summer event happening right now. Fortnite Summer Escape has had players do all of the things that you would associate with the season: eating ice cream, taming wild boar and now launching yourself into the sky with a very powerful trampoline. Never before have my summer plans felt so accurately represented in a video game.
Fortnite’s Summer Escape is still on for another week, but finding one specific launchpad on a map filled with launchpads can be a bit of a pain, especially when Sunswoon Lagoon isn’t even marked on the map. But worry not, we’ve been to the Fortnite mines and figured out exactly where you need to head to and what you need to do to nab some XP so you can unlock Optimus Prime in the Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass as soon as possible.
Sunswoon Lagoon isn’t marked on the map since it’s simply a landmark and not a POI. However, you’ll know when you’ve arrived as text saying ‘Sunswoon Lagoon’ should show up on your screen once you get to the area. Sunswoon Lagoon is on the border of the yellow and green parts of the map, directly north of Rumble Ruins, west of Creeky Compounds and to the southeast of The Citadel.
