A. Build-to-rent, or BTR refers to purpose-built residential housing designed for rent rather than sale. BTR homes typically differ from traditional rented properties by offering an enhanced tenant experience, including property management services and access to a range of communal facilities and on-site amenities.
Many city centre BTR developments include 24/7 on-site staffing, with residents typically having access to a variety of communal facilities such as gyms, workspaces and resident lounges, creating opportunities to socialise. BTR residents might have access to additional benefits including superfast broadband, concierge services, parcel collection and bike storage.
