Enthusiastic supporters of former US president screamed his name and sang during visit to restaurant in Bettendorf
Donald Trump signed a waitress’s top and dished out pizzas to a packed-out restaurant during a campaign trip to Iowa.
Mr Trump, 77, greeted enthusiastic supporters at Kathy’s Treehouse Pub and Eatery, with more than 100 people squeezed into the bar of the restaurant in Bettendorf.
The former US president handed out pizza boxes to the crowd of supporters, who screamed his name and sang along to Lee Greenwood’s God Bless the USA.
He signed dollar bills, caps and the tank top – and, later, arm – of a female bartender.
