Peter Gouldstone was seriously assaulted and burgled in his Enfield home, dying later that month from his injuries – and now a homeless man has been charged with burglary
A homeless man has been charged with a formerly unsolved burglary that resulted in the death of a 98-year-old war hero later that month.
Four years ago, Peter Gouldstone died after his home was broken into and he was badly beaten – all for a TV worth £20.
Now Nicolae Ion, 31, is in custody and charged with the burglary.
He is scheduled to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on November 2 over the alleged offence, reports MailOnline.
