Verstappen ‘frustrated’ as he speaks out on Red Bull cost cap row

Team Principal Christian Horner, who had been backed by Mateschitz to lead the team when Red Bull entered the sport 18 years ago, was visibly emotional following the news.’It’s very, very sad.
