Officials claim attack on Tomilinsky electronics facility, near Moscow, will undermine ‘Russia’s terror’
Ukraine said it carried out a drone strike on a factory on the outskirts of Moscow that manufactures microchips used in missile production, in a symbolically significant strike.
Officials claimed the attack on the Tomilinsky electronics factory, situated to the east of the Russian capital, in Lyubertsy, would undermine “Russia’s missile terror”.
The extent of damage at the site was not immediately clear.
The mayor of Moscow had earlier claimed that a drone had been shot down before it was able to reach its intended target.
