Recently, Trump has focused his online attacks on Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney and Jack Smith, a prosecutor appointed as special counsel by Attorney General Merrick Garland in November 2022. Trump's inflammatory claims on Truth Social, include baseless assertions that Ms Willis, who is a Black woman, is a racist. He has also called Mr Smith a " deranged lowlife" on the platform after the prosecutor gained access to his old X, formerly known as Twitter, account.
