 Triple H is not listed on the board of directors for WWE's merger with UFC. The wrestling giant is set to combine with the mixed martial arts promotion to form a new company TKO Group Holdings under the Endeavor umbrella once the sale goes through next month. The deal will bring structural changes, and a new SEC filing has laid out the makeup of the new board of directors, which will include some big changes. As it stands, WWE's board includes executive chairman Vince McMahon, CEO Nick Khan and chief content officer Triple H, real name Paul Levesque, along with a number of independent appointees. Once the sale goes through, the new company's board will be made up of 11 members, including five selected by WWE and six from Endeavor. Of the WWE names, two will be members of the WWE management team, with three being independent – and the former have already been named. Tellem, and although there is still room for one more board member selected by WWE, the two WWE management team slots have already been filled. Of course, that doesn't have implications on his management and day to day duties, and there is no suggestion he would be replaced in his position of head of creative. In its second quarter earnings report for the year, Endeavor said the pending takeover is expected to close in mid to late September, following previous guidance simply pointing to the deal closing at some point in the second half of 2023. News of WWE being sole to Endeavor was officially announced the morning after WrestleMania 39 back on April 3. At the time, it was said Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel will serve the same role for TKO Group, while WWE's controlling shareholder Vince McMahon will be executive chairman for the new company.
