CHELSEA are on the brink of sealing the £115m signing of Moises Caicedo.
The deal is now very close, which would set a new British transfer record.
The hope at Stamford Bridge is that Caicedo, 21, will form part of a stunning £170m midfield outlay, with Chelsea also close to a £55m deal to sign Romeo Lavia from Southampton.
