Tom Brady impact laid bare by Tampa Bay Buccaneers after coach made ‘advantage’ claim

NFL legend Tom Brady retired at the end of last season and the impact of his exit has emerged at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in particular the Ramond James Stadium

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have made alterations to their stadium after the exit of Tom Brady.

The NFL legend spent three seasons in Florida with the NFC South franchise, winning one Super Bowl in the process. Brady retired from the NFL in February after a glittering 23-year career in the sport where he won seven Super Bowl rings, with his other six coming with the New England Patriots.

After the exit of Brady, the Bucs now have Baker Mayfield as the likely starting quarterback. After signing a one-year contract worth $8.5 million (£6.7 million), Mayfield will be competing with Kyle Trask for the starting QB spot in Tampa.

And according to Pewter Report , the Bucs have removed several thousand seats following Brady’s retirement. The Raymond James Stadium installed an extra 3,600 seats last year ahead of what was expected to be Brady’s final season in the NFL.
