Boehly made the revelation at a conference last September, within days of Tuchel's dismissal. He described the German as "obviously extremely talented" but insisted his manager needs to be "aligned with the people in the business". Boehly explained: "Our vision for the club was to find a manager who really wanted to collaborate with us, a coach who really wanted to collaborate." As reported by Bild, Bayern chiefs are irritated by Tuchel's moaning and his general behaviour off the pitch. It's claimed he wasn't happy about Bayern's failure to sign Declan Rice from West Ham, with the England international joining Arsenal instead.
