Aldi shoppers have been queuing in their thousands on the supermarket’s website in the hope of getting their hands on the new Ninja air fryer dupe, with some comparing it to the queue for Glastonbury
With Glastonbury Festival tickets selling out in one hour flat, many music fans were left disappointed today after being unable to access the packed booking page. Of course, there’s been another queue this morning, and competition proved to be just as fierce.
In keeping with the ongoing craze for energy-saving air fryers, Aldi has now launched its very own Ninja Dual Air Fryer dupe, for £140 less than the coveted sell-out item.
The £89.99 air fryer will be available to buy in-store from Sunday, November 13th, but was made available to buy online from 8 am this morning (Sunday, November 6th). Unfortunately, many eager shoppers rising early to be in with a chance were left in despair after finding themselves stuck in a queue of thousands of people.
Many queuers have taken to Twitter to share their experiences, having been left utterly aghast by just how long they’d been expected to wait.
