Partey, meanwhile, is not short of offers this summer with three Saudi Pro League clubs – Al-Nassr, Al-Ahli and Al-Khaleej – all interested in a move. But according to CBS Sports, Partey's representatives have informed the Saudi clubs that he wants to remain playing in Europe. The report claims that Juventus is Partey's preferred destination, although the Serie A club have not submitted an offer to Arsenal. Liverpool and Chelsea have also expressed an interest in signing the 19-year-old, who moved to Southampton in a £14m deal from Manchester City last year. Arsenal may reignite their interest in Moises Caicedo after they had multiple bids for the Ecuador international rejected in the January transfer window but the cost this summer could be prohibitive. Brighton are holding out for a £100m transfer fee as they are using Arsenal's £105m deal for Rice as a benchmark.
