Josie Gibson has made peace with her body these days but the This Morning presenter once feared she would be ‘obese for life’ and no-one would ever love her, as she struggled to break a cycle of years of yo-yo dieting
Josie Gibson has learned to love her curves after ‘years of hating’ her body.
The This Morning presenter, 37, emotionally recalls how she previously made jokes about her figure as she fell victim to a cycle of yo-to dieting but was ‘deeply unhappy’ and worried no one would ever love or desire her.
Josie – who became a household name when she won Big Brother in 2010 – admits she once thought she would be ‘obese for life’ and cruel comments from trolls on social media left her feeling rock-bottom at one dark point and contemplating ‘ending it all’.
The mum-of-one’s weight has fluctuated throughout her 12-years in the spotlight, with the popular star once dropping two dress sizes ahead of releasing two fitness DVDs in 2013.
