A woman has been found guilty of murdering and decapitating her devout Christian friend in order to inherit her estate.
Jemma Mitchell, 38, was a prize-winning expert in body dissection and she used her skills to dispose of the body of Mee Kuen Chong, 67, known as Deborah.
