The Rock makes shock WWE return as he feuds with Austin Theory on SmackDown

DWAYNE Johnson has returned to the WWE after six years.

The Rock made a shock appearance on Friday’s SmackDown, feuding with Austin Theory in the ring.

Johnson, 51, teased a WWE comeback earlier in the day on the Pat McAfee Show, discussing the possibility of showing up at WrestleMania 40 in April 2024.

A few hours later, McAfee started the latest episode of SmackDown, trash-talking with Theory in the squared circle for a brief moment.

And then, the audience lost it when The Rock made his entrance.
