Mark looked slimmer than ever as he donned a pair of swimming trunks after having lost an incredible 10 stone thanks to completely changing his lifestyle. His appearance has changed dramatically over the years after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016. After cutting out sugar and exercising regularly, Mark said he's feeling fitter than ever and "really really wants" to strut his stuff on the dance floor on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. The ITV quiz master met Hayley after the pandemic following the breakdown of his marriage to wife, Katie in 2020 leaving him devastated. Yet he found happiness again after being introduced to Hayley at last year's National Television Awards.
