 Ricky Ponting says he would be 'inclined' to give David Warner another chance at the top of the order as he predicted Australia's team for the fourth Ashes Test against England. Warner has endured a subdued Ashes series, scoring 141 runs in six innings, despite Australia winning two of the first three matches as they look to retain the urn. The 36-year-old, whose position was under scrutiny ahead of the series, has been dismissed by his nemesis Stuart Broad three times in three matches, taking the overall figure to 17. Despite Warner's struggles, Ponting believes Australia should stick with the veteran, especially as his potential replacement Marcus Harris has not played a first-class match in almost two months. The fourth Ashes Test starts next Wednesday at Old Trafford, with England aiming to become just the second team in history to come from 2-0 down to lift the urn after winning by three wickets at Headingley following defeats at Edgbaston and Lord's. Ponting told The ICC Review: 'I know there's been a lot of chat about David Warner since the end of Headingley and it's more the fact that it's Stuart Broad that's getting him out, I think. 'I think if it was anybody else, the noise probably wouldn't be quite as loud, but the fact that he struggled to get through the opening spells of Broad a few times in this series again, makes it a little bit more of a worry.
