 Tesco has announced a major change to the way it displays yellow stickered discount items, which will come as welcome news to those struggling with the affects of food price hikes, as the cost of living crisis continues. The supermarket will roll out new signage to 300 Tesco stores, after a successful trial in 100 branches last year. The big, bold signage will read 'reduced in price, just as nice' meaning that it will be much for easier cash strapped shoppers to spot discounted products. Underneath the signage will be yellow stickered products, which are products that are either close to their sell-by date or have been discontinued, and have therefore been reduced in price.
