But somehow he overlooked one important fact: his 'vacant parking bay' was in fact over the curb of a zebra crossing. Seeing red, a fed-up shopper snapped an image of the parking blunder and shared it to Facebook, reeling at the sheer ignorance of driver. Incensed, they said: "Just another idiot in Tesco this evening. The guy just missed the correct parking space.' The driver didn't notice that he had parked on a Zebra crossing. One was typical of many when he said: "Yet another joke driver, they have absolutely no clue what is around them or with them." A parent with a pushchair, who had to avoid the badly-parked car, waded in too: "Had to walk round with a pushchair. Glad there wasn't another car to the right." Perhaps the driver should check his spectacle prescription said another: "And people wonder why accidents happen. Needs to go to Specsavers.' However, there were some balanced and sympathetic comments, trying to see it from the driver's perspective. Judging from the image, they said, it was an easy mistake to make because the road markings did make it look like a parking spot.
