But problems appeared to drop, with just 250 customers logging issues by around 10.10am. Taking to social media, one user said: "Is everything OK with your app? I can't sign in." It is common for some problems to be reported throughout the day. Downdetector only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day. Over 80% of users reporting problems have been struggling to login to the app. A spokesperson for the supermarket has said: "We are currently looking into this issue and hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible." But problems appeared to drop, with just 20 customers logging issues at around 10.30am BST.
