A teacher has left people baffled after sharing some of the more unique and interestingly spelled names she’s spotted on a list of pupils she’ll be teaching during the next school year
For teachers up and down the country, the start of the school year involves familiarising themselves with the names of the new batch of pupils whose minds they’ll be moulding. This of course means getting used to trendy names they may not have heard before, or learning unique spellings of more classic names.
Taking to Facebook, the teacher has now shared some of the more unusual names she’s now having to memorise ahead of September, and some of them will be putting her spelling abilities to the test. Some of the names, including Jaxen and Aliyah, are fairly well-known, but others have left people a little baffled.
As previously reported by The Sun, some of the names that left the teacher surprised include the likes of Christisarah, Presillar, Anjewel’Lea, Angel-Lee, Deklyn, and Karleb. The teacher went on to reveal that she’d spotted the names following “a quick scan of our school enrolments for this year”.
Not everyone was too keen on the names listed, with one person commenting: “This really is tragic, at least none of them will get bullied because they’re all so bad lol.”
