Taking to Facebook, the teacher has now shared some of the more unusual names she's now having to memorise ahead of September, and some of them will be putting her spelling abilities to the test. Some of the names, including Jaxen and Aliyah, are fairly well-known, but others have left people a little baffled. As previously reported by The Sun, some of the names that left the teacher surprised include the likes of Christisarah, Presillar, Anjewel'Lea, Angel-Lee, Deklyn, and Karleb. The teacher went on to reveal that she'd spotted the names following "a quick scan of our school enrolments for this year". Not everyone was too keen on the names listed, with one person commenting: "This really is tragic, at least none of them will get bullied because they're all so bad lol." Another gasped: "These parents really aren't thinking it through." A third person wrote: "I think a lot of the parents should be enrolling because clearly they never graduated from grade school." Various fellow teachers also came forward with some of the stand-out names they've seen on the register, with a fourth commenter recalling: "I had a kid named pistol. I feel like that speaks for itself." A fifth remembered: "I had one that was J'ley and pronounced 'jaylee'." This list comes after a new mum was slammed online for making an "awful name even worse" with her choice of spelling, naming her newborn baby daughter "Wrenleigh James".
