A teacher at Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s former school has pleaded guilty to child sex crimes.
Matthew Smith, 34, who was deputy head of pastoral care at Thomas’s Battersea, London, where the young royals first attended school, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday on charges relating to the making and distributing of indecent images of children.
Smith was arrested by National Crime Agency officers at his home in East Dulwich on Sunday, Nov 6.
He pleaded guilty to all five charges he was accused of, which included causing or inciting the sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13.
