Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid has bid goodbye to the ITV daytime programme for summer and say her farewells to fans, following Holly Willoughby’s quiet exit from This Morning for summer
ITV presenter Susanna Reid has stepped down from Good Morning Britain for the summer and has said goodbye to ITV viewers.
The star said goodbye during during Wednesday’s programme (19 July), as she heads off on an extended break for the summer holidays before she will return in autumn.
Whilst it hasn’t been confirmed which presenters will stand in for Susanna, it’s thought her co-stars Ben Shepherd and Kate Garraway will feature more prominently over summer. Other possible stand ins could be Ranvir Singh, who often covers on the ITV daytime show as well as presenter Charlotte Hawkins.
Susanna announced her departure to viewers with a rushed exit as she said: “Good Morning Britain back tomorrow at 6am.”
