Susanna Reid has said she âgot into trouble’ after she was forced to apologise live on air when a guest on the show took aim at Matt Hancock for joining the I’m A Celebrity 2022 line-up.
Journalist Andrew Pierce swore in the ITV studio after the former Health Secretary was confirmed to have touched down in Australia ahead of the new series.
The 44-year-old Conservative MP is set to head into the jungle as a latecomer this week, joining the remaining nine celebrities, after Love Island ‘s Olivia Attwood was forced to exit the camp due to medical reasons.
GMB discussed the new addition to the series when it was announced and the discussion turned to whether there was anything good about Mr Hancock being on the show, when Andrew Pierce slammed the MP as a “d******d”.
