I don't do catering. "I have seen the food at Strictly . I like to walk around the table because they have lots of yummy cakes and sweets and biscuits, and they have all sorts of fantastic food. "But it definitely is calorie food because obviously the dancers are dancing all day and of course they're young with fabulous bodies." Confirming her longstanding eating routine, she added: "No. I get my chicken from Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's. It's been cooked. 'Just lemon chicken. And then I cut it, but it's hot and it's just been baked. "They bring me a lot of salad and we might have a little bit of sushi in the afternoon perhaps. "And that's what I have on Strictly and I've had that every year, every week for six years." Asked on the Comfort Eating podcast which of the available food she would have if she didn't adhere to her self-imposed ban, she added: 'Macaroni and cheese, fresh mashed potatoes, anything with a gravy on it, rice with lots of fried chicken, anything - as long as it's not spiced.
