Strictly’s Amy Dowden lands new role away from BBC series after cancer diagnosis

Amy Dowden and former Strictly Come Dancing star Sara Davies are set to feature in the upcoming series of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip. Amy, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, will feature in the BBC series, which will return to screens next week. Speaking about her stint alongside Amy, Sara said: ‘I’d always heard what an incredible adventure Antiques Road Trip is. “Being with Amy made it even more special for me, and to be able to spend that time together and share the experience was just brilliant.’ Joining the duo on the celebrity special are Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, Gemma Collins, Melvin Odoom, Samantha Fox, and Sinitta.
