 Greg Rutherford was rushed to hospital over the weekend amid a terrifying health crisis. The 36-year-old Strictly Come Dancing star – who appeared on the show in 2016 – was screaming and clawing at his skin following what's thought to have been an allergic reaction, and his fiancee Susie Verrill had to drive him to hospital due to a 40-minute wait for an ambulance. Blogger Susie took to Instagram and revealed how her partner went into a delirious state before getting to hospital and being 'pumped full of steroids and antihistamines'. They made it to A&E, but doctors were unable to diagnosis the scary situation. Sharing a photo of her partner – with whom she has sons Milo, eight, and Rex, five, and two-year-old daughter Daphne – she described it as 'quite literally the scariest time of my life'. She wrote: 'Was enjoying a lovely roast at a friends' house with the kids, Greg was at home because he'd been for a run and he text to say he was having an allergic reaction to something and felt itchy. 'I didn't think much of it until he rang me screaming two minutes later. And I mean SCREAMING. He shouted 'YOU NEED TO GET HERE NOW' and so I drove back to our house while calling an ambulance, terrified I was about to get home and find him not breathing.
