Adam Scott says he worked up to 130-hour weeks on his dad’s farm from the age of nine when he first learned to use the potato harvester and was repeatedly promised it would all be his one day
The son of a millionaire “car boot king” is fighting for inheritance after his dad left it all to a younger stepmum.
Adam Scott was left nothing when his father died is now fighting his step-mum in court for a share of his £5million fortune.
He says he worked up to 130-hour weeks on his dad Richard’s vast Cheshire farm from the age of nine when he first learned to use the potato harvester and was repeatedly promised it would all be his one day.
The farm, which had been in the Scott family for 300 years, was greatly expanded during Richard’s lifetime.
