Sky Sports apologise over reporter’s language in Andre Onana discussion

Andre Onana made his Manchester United debut in their Premier League opener against Wolves following his big-money move from Inter Milan

Sky Sports were forced to issue an on-air apology over bad language used by one of their reporters ahead of Manchester United’s clash with Wolves.

United begin their Premier League campaign against Wolves at Old Trafford as they bid to close the gap on rivals and Treble winners Manchester City.

Ahead of kick-off, reporter Melissa Reddy discussed the clash on Sky Sports News and addressed what new goalkeeper Andre Onana will bring to United ahead of his competitive debut.

Onana has replaced long-time No.1 David de Gea at Old Trafford after arriving from Inter Milan, having worked with Erik ten Hag at Ajax.
