 Sir Lewis Hamilton can always be trusted to bring the bling and he did just that, flashing a sparkling gold tooth grill ahead of the Japan Grand Prix. The Formula One racing champion appeared at a press conference in northern Japan's Mie Prefecture on Wednesday and looked perfectly trendy as always. With a thick icy chain around his neck, an equally eye-catching designer watch and several rings, Sir Lewis, 38, was kitted out in some of his finest jewellery but he seemed to be sporting a new accessory. As he smiled and chatted away to reporters, Sir Lewis flashed a gold grill which outlined one of his teeth. It appeared to be more of a subtle version of the large grill he was spotted with in May this year, with one side of his mouth covered in the gold metal set. Sir Lewis is known for his eclectic fashion sense and caused a furore over his choice to wear a nose ring while competing despite renewed efforts from the FIA to enforce a ban which has existed since 2004. 'I feel there are personal things, you should be able to be who you are. There's stuff that I can't move, so I can't even take these [earrings] out. These ones on my right ear, they're literally welded in. I [would] have to get them chopped off or something like that, so they will be staying.' In March this year, the sports icon was given a medical exemption that allowed him to keep his two nose studs in.
