The heartbreaking video saw thousands of social media users devastated at the lack of attention Bob was receiving from potential pet owners. The dog's foster mum Julie Zeilinger confirmed only a handful of people came up to Bob to interact with him but as he's a shy pup he wasn't interested in the attention.
