The budget store named Goodies was launched less than two years ago by a car boot fanatic.
Bez Norbury, 33, decided to turn his bargain-hunting skills into a business when he realised products nearing their use-by date could bring in the cash.
The self-proclaimed Del Boy of Loughborough, where the store is, imports American products and sells them almost 700 per cent cheaper than anywhere else.
He also flogs eight full-size Wispa bars for £1 – or two blocks of posh Green & Blacks chocolate for a quid.
