A SEASIDE spot in Wales promises to be an alternative to the popular tourist town of Newquay in the south of England.
Finding a beach with miles of untouched sand during the school holidays might sound impossible, but plenty of places actually do exist.
One of those includes the seaside town of New Quay in Ceredigion in Wales.
Josh Williams, a travel expert from Dog Friendly Retreats, has encouraged holidaymakers to swap Newquay in Cornwall for New Quay in Wales.
In a press release, he said: “Forget overcrowded Newquay, if you’re looking for a dog-friendly seaside holiday visit New Quay instead.”
