A teacher has been charged after a video surfaced of her dragging a child across the floor in Texas.
Jenny Alicia Dominguez, 44, is accused of repeatedly bullying Fany Castro, 5, her mum Patricia Saldana said, according to local news channel ABC13.
Patricia identified her child when speaking to the news outlet.
Dominguez was charged with a felony for injury to a child but, as of Friday, there has been no report of an arrest or her being taken into custody.
