The hitmaker took to the stage for the latest date of the American leg of their tour as they performed dressed in a glamorous eye-catching outfit
Sam Smith wowed concertgoers at their latest gig as they took to the stage in a waist-squeezing gold corset and metallic trousers.
The chart-topping star took to the stage in Inglewood, California, for the latest show in their Gloria tour. Sam, 31, donned a white shirt layered underneath the gold corset with a tie as they performed a catalogue of their hits for the audience. The singer teamed their corset with gold sparkling trousers and gold platform boots to complete their look on the stage. Sam will move on to perform at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles over the Labour Day weekend.
They will then play out their final scheduled dates in the US before heading on to Mexico, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Singer-songwriter Sam recently returned to the stage two months after cancelling the remaining dates of their UK tour after finding out they were at risk of a permanent vocal cord injury in May.
Fans were shocked when they cancelled their AO Arena concert in Manchester abruptly after just a few songs. They then issued a statement after coming off stage where they insisted “something was really wrong” with their voice and they could not go on performing. The concert promoter then shared a statement which was also posted to Sam’s social media. It read: “Due to vocal issues during last night’s Manchester performance, regrettably, we will be cancelling the rescheduled Birmingham and Glasgow Sam Smith shows.”
