Speaking in a new interview, Rachel, Jo, Bradley, Jon and Tina share their memories of their beloved bandmate Paul and recall how they were informed of his death in April. "I think I just went completely silent at first. It was awful," Jo says when explaining how she and Jon were the first to hear from their management telling them of Paul's death. "It was like someone had punched me in the stomach," Jon adds, as Tina shares how she was watching Tv at home with her son when she got the call on Thursday April 5. Paul's death was publicly announced the following day. Speaking in a new interview, S Club recall how they had made panicked phone calls to Paul in the hours before he was discovered - explaining how they became worried when he stopped replying to their messages and answering their calls. "We'd done a Zoom call with him, all of us, on the Monday. Then our management had messaged him a few times and it hadn't shown that it'd been read on WhatsApp," Jon recalls to The Sun.
