Russia has ‘no red lines’ on what they will attack and this includes Europe’s biggest nuclear plant, Ukraine has said.
Energy minister Herman Halushchenko said Moscow’s alleged attack on the Kakhovka dam in May proves how far Vladimir Putin is willing to go.
Mr Halushchenko told how he and president Volodymyr Zelensky had raised the alarm about the Russians possibly planting mines to blow up the dam last October.
He added: ‘For many, many people it sounded ridiculous… and when it happened everybody understood that there are no red lines for them.
