Royal Mail customers unable to locate parcels amid huge online tracking outage

HUNDREDS of Brits have been left furious after Royal Mail’s tracking service went down this morning.

According to DownDetector, over 85% of users have reported issues with the part of the site that lets customers track their deliveries.

The Royal Mail page states: “We’re sorry our service is temporarily unavailable. We are working on fixing the problem. Thank you for your patience.”

One furious user wrote: “The Royal Mail are jokers, put up a statement and tell your customers how poor you are and how you are hiding a bigger problem, there are people waiting on important things, paid RM a decent amount of money to send, and you are not delivering and tracking still down, I for one now will use different courier services now for all my items I send, you have no respect for your loyal customers.”

The Sun has contacted Royal Mail for comment.
