The Inside Track looks ahead to day two of Royal Ascot
After an impressive performance from jockey Ryan Moore, more will be hoped of the same from his camp on day two while Frankie Dettori searches for his first win in his last at Royal Ascot.
The day is filled with a quality cast of fillies starting in the Queen Mary Stakes with trainer Wesley Ward having a superb record in this race with four winners since 2009 and will be looking for the same with Bundchen while the Queen’s Vase always gives us a taste of the future with previous winners including Estimate, Stradivarius and Kew Gardens too.
Other notable mentions include the quality in the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes with Adayar, Luxembourg and Bay Bridge all in contention as well as America’s Classic Causeway looking to cause a stir. The King’s Reach For The Moon will feature in today’s Royal Hunt Cup and Circle Of Fire in the Queens Vase as well.
