The 34-year-old actress looked sombre as she carried out some errands in Los Angeles, at one point appearing to wipe away tears. Riley wore a casual outfit as she headed to the Brentwood Country Mart to pick up some groceries. She was dressed in a white tank top and blue and white striped pants and carried her belongings in a straw bag. She wore a stylish pair of yellow sunglasses and went makeup-free for the outing. Riley styled her ginger hair in loose waves which fell over her shoulders. Her shopping trip comes after it was announced that Lisa Marie died from a small bowel obstruction. The Los Angeles County Coroner's report labelled the exact condition as sequelae of small bowel obstruction. According to the autopsy, "The obstruction was in the form of a strangulated small bowel caused by adhesions that developed after bariatric surgery years ago. This is a known long-term complication of this type of surgery." A toxicology report also revealed that she had "therapeutic levels" of Oxycodone in her blood at the time of death, as well as a second opioid known as Buprenorphine. Buprenorphine can be prescribed for pain relief and is also used to treat opioid addiction. The toxicology report, obtained by TMZ, also showed traces of Quetiapine in her system, which is an antipsychotic medication. A coroner confirmed there were no narcotics found at Lisa Marie's home when she was rushed to hospital back in January.. It was reported at the time she had suffered a possible cardiac arrest. Riley recently paid tribute to Lisa Marie and her late brother Benjamin Keough after she received her first ever Emmy Award nomination.
