Vladimir Putin’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov is being treated for a heart condition after being rushed to hospital following his arrival in Bali for the G20 summit, sources say

Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has been rushed to hospital after arriving in Bali for the G20 summit.

Sources claim the Russian diplomat is being treated for a heart condition on the island.

He was taken to Sanglah Hospital in the provincial capital Denpasar, it is claimed.

Lavrov is the highest-ranking Russian official attending the G20 summit that begins on Tuesday.
